About the Space

Birthday parties, baby showers, open-mic nights, book clubs & corporate gatherings work perfectly within our space. Over 1300 square feet of space free to be utilized with 2 working bathrooms, which one is ADA compliant. We are also a day-to-day candle bar, and our services can also be accommodated into any event. We also offer decoration options such as balloon columns/backdrops. Please inquire when booking. **** Please Read***** The Host does not charge additional fees We only charge hourly/tax & cleaning fees as you shall see in checkout! In addition peerspace charges the client a processing fee ranging from 1-10 percent to be included in booking. We have no control over this as we are charged hosting fees as well. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
