Old Warehouse/Quonset Hut Renovated into Music Venue for Your Next Production

Large warehouse windows line the top of a large wall on our warehouse side, as well as two massive windows on the ground level. On the hangar/hut side, there are two 4x4 foot windows on the north side that let in a medium level of natural light.

Very little ambient noise from outside of the building. The ac/heaters make a low level humming sound, along with the fans that blow hot air down to ground level. They can be turned off upon request.

Ground Floor

Large garage doors allow for easy load in. There are also regular doors throughout the space that can be accessed from the street.

Upstairs

Storage rooms/employee areas.

600 amps of three phase power. 30 amp plugs available, as well as many 15 amp plugs throughout the space.

All rentals are subject to approval. For music videos, we will require a description of what the video will be, as well as the song to be used. We may ask you to carry insurance if we deem the activities dangerous or risky. No equipment or furniture inside the building are to be moved/used without prior approval. Space must be left in the condition it was found, or a cleaning fee will be assessed based on the amount of hours it takes our crew to clean up. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x rate
