About the Space

We operate as a music venue Thursday-Saturday, and are opening up our doors for rental's for our off hours. Private events, photoshoots, video shoots, and meetings would all work well in the space. We have a sound system that can be used for an additional charge, as well as a TV wall, mood lighting, and a disco ball! We have two large spaces for use, as well as a fully licensed bar, a box office, and two dressing rooms upstairs. We also have a separate chill room with a unique cloud installation. Large garage doors give vehicles or other large props entry to the space. We have a total of 7 toilets on site, including 1 private bathroom, and 2 public restrooms with 3 toilets each. Lots of natural light in the day, and neon vibes at night.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
