- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Spacious and clean. I was able to get some great shots for what I was creating with the natural lighting. If you’re a photographer, I’d suggest bringing additional lighting for certain projects.

Space was beautiful and versatile. I was able to shoot multiple vibes in one location which was very convenient. Host was more than accommodating, responsive and I’d def book again.

The space was beautiful! Upstairs has perfect bright sun lit windows and downstairs gives the perfect lounge after hours backdrop. The host was easy to communicate with and was respectful. I did ask if he was comfortable with the music. This space was great for our shoot.
