About the Space
Conference room includes a table with 5 rolling chairs. We have extra folding chairs available upon request. There is a TV with wifi and apple air play. We also have a white board, and bluetooth sound bar available for use. The room can be used for meetings, conferences, music reviews, podcasts etc. There is access to a vending machine and bathroom. Access to other areas of this location is not available.

Parking description
There is free parking on Hollywood Blvd. There is also a free parking lot directly behind the office location. You must only park directly behind the office where there are no Tow-Away signs. Do not park where you see Tow-Away signs as we are not responsible for your vehicle.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Food and drinks are allowed but please clean up after yourself. There is a bathroom available down the hall. Please do not enter any other area of the office space. You will be responsible for any damages caused to the space or equipment during your booking.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras which cover the front door, entrance, hallway, and back parking lot.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Room and space will be sanitized, swept and mopped after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
