About the Space
This is a brand-new event space that will host wellness activities and events, while also touting a state-of-the-art bar. This space has intimate lighting and two very large bathrooms. There is also retail shelving for product placement. This space has a comprehensive 6-Sonos speaker set-up providing quality surround sound that can be easily controlled by the event manager. This space will be used for wellness/fitness activities as well as private parties and corporate events. The location is right downtown off of 10th and Congress Ave in the Austin downtown. (very close to the Capitol)

Parking description
The event space is on Congress Ave and has a plethora of metered parking as well as parking garages around it.
General Rules
- No smoking!
- No loitering or placing obstructions outside the building
- No structural changes
- No music after 2AM.
- No cooking food inside the building.
- Catering must be approved
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras that monitor the door and main event space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We bring in a commercial cleaning crew between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
