Free parking area right outside studio with few restricted parking. Lots of free street parking nearby.

We have 5ft windows all throughout the space. Our brightest room has 3 large windows which are where we set up backdrops. We have window curtains on each window in the space. Some are pull-down curtains others are panels. it will not be pitch black but shaded. Studio is brightest in the late morning/early afternoon

We do have neighbors so noise needs to be kept to a minimum as we are right next door to an esthetician. We are on a busy street so you will here cars, and outside noises.

Stairs

There is no elevator & we are on the second floor. There is no loading zone. The entrance has no ramp only stairs.

The office area is off-limits, Our studio representative will be there overseeing rentals.

We have over 10 outlets throughout the space.

• 18+ or accompanied by a guardian • No babies/toddlers. We have lots of glass, fragile props, and equipment. • No Nudity. No Boudoir. No Pornography. • No underage models, Renter is responsible for knowing the ages of their models. LO Photo Studio is not to be held responsible. • No pets allowed. • All props & equipment are all accounted for, anything taken would be considered theft. • No excessively loud music. • Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words. We have neighbors! • No smoking/vaping whatsoever is allowed in the building. • 5 minute grace period before & after rental time to set-up & breakdown. Anything after will result in an overtime fee. • If you are late, the rental end time remains the same. The clock starts at your appointed time, not when you arrive. • No photo/video in the hallway outside of the studio. • Food and drink must stay in areas in room #1 • No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs. • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. • Damages to studio props, furniture, equipment & anything inside the studio will result in a fee. • Maximum of 6 people allowed at the studio, including the renter. • LO Photo Studio is under 24-hour security video surveillance.

Furniture cannot be removed from the building. Wall decorations mirrors, makeup vanity table, and prop table can not be moved. Props/seating can be moved except for the couch.
