About the Space
This stunning 1917 Colonial-style home includes four newly-remodeled floors, multiple large picture windows, three decks overlooking the city, a spacious and modern kitchen, and multiple fireplaces. The main floor features a large living room with picture windows and fireplace, a dining room with picture windows and a dining/lounging deck with fire pit, an office, guest suite with on-suite shower and tub and large walk-in closet, and a beautiful open kitchen with modern appliances. The second floor features three bedrooms and one office, two bathrooms, a large deck attached to the main second-floor suite, and a smaller deck attached to the office. The third floor is a carpeted TV/rec room space. The basement is a fully-furnished 1-bedroom ADU with bathroom, fireplace, and kitchenette. This is space is popular with film and television crews as well as catalogue, fashion, and lifestyle photographers and artistic directors. The minimalist home design can be shot as-is or dressed up to enforce a specific brand aesthetic. There is lots of space for storing equipment, wardrobe, and props. The owners are creative professionals and stay out of the space during shoots.

Ben's house was an amazing place to host our wedding reception. The house is very spacious, has incredible views of the city, and has everything you'll need to host a great event. Ben was a very gracious and accommodating host. We would absolutely book with him again for any future events!

Stunning, light filled home. Plenty of rooms with a variety of style that allowed for a wide range photo shoot within one location. Ben and Peter were amazing hosts and very accommodating.

Amazing space! Amazing host! He was super accommodating and very easy to work with. We threw my baby shower here and it was beautiful. Only con would be that you have to take all your trash/recycling home with you as there’s no place on site to throw trash. But if you’re prepared for that, it’s an amazing space!

We had a wonderful experience! The host is extremely friendly, responsive and flexible. We chose this venue to hold our wedding of about 30 people. The house is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the city. The host was very accommodating, offering a free tour, allowing time extensions and assisting with setting up the venue to our needs. Highly recommend!
