We have an open lot and extra parking across the street.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed, clients are required to either provide the venue with their caterer's licensing or sign our food waiver.
Guests are allowed to bring in their own alcohol only after they have purchased our drink package (which comes with our bartenders and their choice of cash bar or open bar options)
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have surveillance cameras near the front and back exits.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Both our security team and on-site staff before and in between daily events assist in making sure that each event receives a spotless and fresh event space. Clients who choose to clean the space themselves also receive a detailed instruction form on how clean we require our space to be returned back to us.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
