About the Space
This is a great spot for getting your studio photo/video done. We advise that you bring your own lighting/grip equipment, but we do have a decent amount of equipment that you can utilize in the event that you don't have anything. Just let us know when you inquire so we can prepare and let you know all that we have to enhance your shoot. This studio is in the back of our office space, so we may be in here working while you shoot, but the bright side of that is that we can assist in ideation, shots, angles, etc and potentially lend a hand. The photos in the listing likely explain most things here, in terms of the layout/options for shooting, but don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This spot is absolutely amazing. We had an urgent need for some product shots for our website. Colton was super responsive and accommodating. The space and equipment are top notch. Lighting is everything and our photos turned out great. We will definitely book the space again soon. Great to have a studio like this in the North County Coastal area.
