About the Space

Our space is a truly unique space featuring a modernized combination of multi-use spaces for anything from events, photo shoots, video shoots, networking events and beyond! Our space features our gorgeous Library Lounge private space with built-in bench and custom barn door table, built in bar, multiple seating areas - 20 feet of built in shelving, vaulted ceilings, wood beams, skylights and a gorgeous bohemian vibe. Also available for use is our costal-vibe filled coffee bar and cafe area with cafe seating, neon lights and decor to fill you with endless good vibes. The Space also features our largest area available for use - The Training Floor - a massive 1500 square foot training floor with vaulted ceilings, custom beams and skylights - flooded with sunlight and a perfect space for anything fitness related and beyond. Lastly, our outdoor/indoor covered "casita" filled with tropical greens, outdoor covered seating and hanging lights.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
