About the Space
This work space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for professionals, students, teams, entrepreneurs and more! Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8am -6pm for discounted pricing. Usage: The space is great for hybrid teams, auditions, team meetings, job interviews, classes, workshops, presentations, production meetings, small start-up teams, private work spaces and more! If your session requires complete silence, this may not be the best option for you. We’re on a Main Street and with the balcony doors the room is not 100% soundproof. Keeping the doors closed will minimize any noise. Neighborhood Details: The workspace is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28 foot balcony with a great view of the village. NOTE: All of our spaces are monitored with 24/7 video survaillence cameras for security and liabilty reasons. For your privacy, we DO NOT record audio and will also not honor any request to disable the video survallence cameras for any reason.

I run a business consulting with executives about their work and personal lives. The space was ideal for a private, easygoing consult session with a new client. The doors open to a shared patio, allowing a lot of light and air in. Easy to open and close. Dylan was very attentive to emails, as was his colleague in allowing me entry a bit early. I never felt rushed. The area around UCLA has been given a nice facelift of late and looks better than ever. Parking is the only thing that my guests complained about, and one thing the client said I didn't feel (but he did) - he felt perhaps a bit of furniture might help the slight echo in the room. But I think this is a minor note.
