About the Space
Our space is a vibrant escape from the Fruitvale landscape. Walking through our front entrance, you'll be taken away by our mural artwork done by local talents. This space is called the Mural Patio! There are tents set up with lights trailing the sides to provide a cute aesthetic, 5 convenient picnic benches and umbrellas for shading! Walking past the Mural Patio, takes you to our Bar Patio. Our Bar Patio is used for the same purposes, but includes access to 3 TVs, an outdoor bar (available for rent separately), and a bunch of 4x4 tables/stools. Many events have been hosted in both patios, either as an extension of each space or individually. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A deep clean of restroom happens about once a week. We have a janitor on site who regularly cleans the restrooms, common areas, and patios. We have checklists all around our vicinity to make sure our space is clean! Our staff ensures cleanliness by making sure the tables, outdoor furniture, and floors are clean and maintained daily as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
