There are two sections of the house (both of which are available): The first is a 3-bedroom home with a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The living room and dining room are attached and together make a very big space. The second is a 2 bedroom ADU with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living space. This ADU functions more like an apartment and is great if you want to film something in a space that has a modern-day apartment feel to it.

The entire space is professionally and thoroughly cleaned once every two weeks AND right after it is used by a Peerspace customer (before making it available to another customer).
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
