About the Space
Thanks for checking out our production space! Our studio lends itself to any video production/photographer looking for a clean and spacious cyclorama wall (15' wide x 12' high) in a lofty-urban setting. Our cyc wall comes with a full RGB light grid setup pre-installed. The lights and colors are controlled with an iPad. This is at no charge to you. Any additional lights will be considered an add-on (check add-on page). Looking to film some demos or cooking videos? We have a full shooting kitchen, complete with gas range stove, electric hot plates, and kitchen props (plates, bowls, etc.) Additional filming areas include: outdoor patio/lawn, 2 full bathrooms, and a complete living room setup or green reem. The space is flexible enough to accommodate any production situation. There's plenty of free parking available. If you are in need of extra production gear (eg. cameras, extra lights, grip gear, etc,) please visit our add-on page. You are free to bring your own gear with you as well. * We require a minimum of 2 hours for a booking. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great facility. Accommodating hosts. Solid all-around. We always try to use studios that are managed by people who do what we do--video production. Vanessa and Sam knew what we would need without us having to ask. That's valuable. Looking forward to booking again!!
