About the Space
Open concept dedicated photography studio. 21 foot ceilings with three 18 foot arched windows along the length of the west wall, original hardwood floors and beam ceilings, blonde bricks and original factory details. Located on the 5th floor with unobstructed natural light conveniently in Liberty Village accessible whether you are based in or out of Toronto. Beautifully restored with modern amenities and the addition of central A/C, heating, two beautiful chandeliers and a fully furnished space of stylish props and furniture for you to use. Great for wedding and milestone shoots, lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, editorial &etc.; Bonus amenities on availability: steamer, clothing rack and paper backdrops with stands are in our reception for you to use should you need for no additional charge. Universally accessible with 2 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator. This space is also fantastic for creative classes, yoga studio or hosting an event! - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Had a great experience at this studio! The place looked as exactly as it looks on the picture. We were just not lucky because we couldn't get the sun light but everything went well. I might try it in the summer to get to sun light in my photos .
