About the Space
Our studio is a blackout studio (1000 sq. ft), ideal for any type of production (photoshoot, filming, recording, or a place where you can just t be creative). 6000k lumens projectors that completely cover the walls are available for powerpoint/slide presentations and program recording. Please notify an owner if interested in adding a projector.

There is a parking lot, few parking spaces available right outside our unit, and there is street parking.
General Rules
Alcohol is not allowed
Outside catering allowed
No activities that involve throwing things (e.g. corn hole)

Security cameras and recording devices
We have exterior and interior security cameras that remain on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
After every rental and class the floor is cleaned. We also provide hand sanitizer for your convenience.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
