The coworking space is there for corporate events, and group & individual work for entrepreneurs or those looking to accomplish their work. There are tables with monitors, booths and soundproof booths located in the coworking space that is accessible to anyone who pays to use it for the day or based on a monthly rate.

The parking space in front of the building is free for all clients and visitors of The Hallwayz.
General Rules
Please keep the premises clean and organized for yourselves, our staff and future clients. We encourage those who come to The Hallwayz to connect with others to be able to share ideas and help each other build together.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have 24/7 surveillance on the premises that can be accessed remotely by our CEO if you need to get into the building after normal business hours(i.e., 8am-5pm M-Fri).
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning staff that arrives to clean the premises after normal business hours (i.e., After 5PM M-Fri)
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
