General Rules
All Film, photography, gatherings and events must be appropriate and approved.
PARTIES
As the owner of the house we enforce a strict un approved parties & noise violation policy to all guests.
Parties are considered large gathering more than 10 people that are not approved by the owner.
If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the house, disrespect the property, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
Zero Smoking in the building - residue and evidence of smoking in the house will be fined up to $500
NOISE
Quiet Hours after 10pm.
No alcohol allowed after 10pm
The house is in neighborhood with other houses. We are not responsible for noise outside of our control.
If we receive any neighborhood violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
Ages 21+
Furniture and decorations may be moved
only the downstairs living room furniture can be moved but must be put back. You are responsible for any damages that may occur.
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
1 front camera and 1 back door camera located outside of the property. All devices will be ON and recording 24/7 during your stay.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our Cleaning procedure includes a 5 step cleaning process that includes disinfectants and sanitizing the space from top down. All bathrooms, kitchen supplies, linens & bedrooms are thoroughly washed and cleaned between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
