Before and after each event, our team cleans and disinfects all surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. We use hospital-grade cleaning products to kill germs and bacteria, and we pay extra attention to high-touch areas to prevent the spread of illness. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we have increased our cleaning frequency and added extra sanitation stations throughout the venue to provide additional protection against germs and viruses. We also ask that our guests do their part in maintaining a clean environment by disposing of any trash properly and avoiding any behaviors that may contribute to a messy or unsanitary space. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our venue, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
