About the Space
The apartment is small but offers natural light and creative spaces. Retro turquoise kitchen and classic blue bathroom are great for commercial, lifestyle, and product photography. Furniture is free to be moved and there is a paper backdrop with stands that can be used. The yard is also free to be used with backdrops, etc. Large parking area allows you to park a trailer or prop truck.

General Rules
No smoking indoors. Outside catering is allowed. Pets are allowed in the unit for an extra cleaning fee. This unit is also a short term rental. Bed linens in the photos are subject to change as we offer a variety of colors to ensure bed linens are changed for each overnight stay. Bed linen colors can be requested but are not guaranteed.

Space is cleaned following guidelines set for the space as it operates in short term rental capacity.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
