About the Space
This innovative event space is newly built and great for parties, sip and paints, vendor events, shows, meetings, content creation, photography, and so much more! Lounge chairs, bar stools, and TV are provided within space. This venue has the ability to block out any outside lighting (great for daytime movie/content showings). Liquor license can be acquired if you desire to serve alcoholic beverages at your event. We also provide other services at an addtl cost such as, but not limited to: Event Planning, Balloon decor/arches, decorations, catering (food and beverages), DJ, Speakers, Dancing Pole, Security, folding chairs, tables, table and chair linens/covers, back drop stands, and more!

General Rules
-No Smoking inside
(there is a smoking cement pillar located by the stair well, please do not ash or leave cigarettes anywhere besides the cement pillar you may be responsible for clean up fee)
-Outside catering is allowed but can be purchased in house
-No alcohol unless previously approved by owners
-All ages are allowed in space
-All decorations must be cleaned and disposed of during rental time unless owned by us. Do not nail anything to walls or ceilings. Staff is not responsible for assisting with decorations unless previously discussed (extra fee will apply). If staff has to clean up after event you will be charged at the rate of $30/hr.
-Set up must occur on the date of the event so please factor in set-up and clean up time in your entire rental time. Staff will set up the space according to agreed upon setting for the event. Any modifications made 24 hours before leading up to event are the responsibilities of the renter.
-If speakers/DJ are purchased with your rental, staff and DJ will be sure to go over how to operate speakers before your rental
-DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING IN TOILET OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER! If toilet is clogged or not operable after your rental you will be charged for any costs associated with diagnostics and repairs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Furniture and tables are disinfected between each bookings and before each new booking. Linens are washed between bookings. Carpet is vacuumed between bookings and carpet is deep cleaned twice a month. All high touch surfaces are disinfected daily (light switches, door knobs/handles, remotes, and any other high touched objects or surfaces). Staff will wear provided masks if instructed to do so.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
