- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fantastic studio – it's both spacious and tidy, making it a pleasure to work in. The location is easy to find, and there's plenty of free parking available. Gary was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our needs were met during the photo shoot. I highly recommend this studio for any video or photo shoot projects.

I rented out this space to do a photoshoot and it was amazing! Clean atomisphere huge cyclorama wall perfect for our shoot. The communication with George from the time of booking to after has been speedy and reliant. Constantine the owner and Gerry were great, please extend my gratitude once again to them.
