About the Space
Has been used for children's birthday parties and small adult parties. Perfect for dance practices, rehearsals, and photo shoots. Great for small business meetings and events. Located near a lot of restaurants for easy lunch options for meetings. A lot of natural lighting! And available most days Monday through Thursday. Great parking lot lighting at night! Evenings available Friday through Sunday.

Parking description
There are 20 spaces available in the front and additional parking in the back and on the street.
General Rules
No smoking/vaping allowed.
Outside catering allowed/recommended.
Respect all property (inside and outside).
No loitering in the parking lot. Try to keep all guests inside.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Two cameras that detect/record movement on the studio floor and in the office area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guest are only required to wipe down surfaces, take out the trash, and mop the floor. The owner will be present at the end for questions as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
