About the Space
Our cozy Harbor Place location is a place for community discussions, book club meetings, artist talks, album release parties, listening parties, or game night after hours. Great for photo and video shoots, podcasts and meet-ups. Additional charges will depend on the number of attendees (20-24, additional $10; 25-35, additional $15). High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, with welcoming vibes. In the space we provide: 1 sofa 2 chairs High top table with chairs (seats 4) Additional seating/tables are available upon request - at cost. *NOTE: additional fee will be charged if space is left dirty, if records/books/ other products are damaged, and if trash isn’t collected, bagged, and put in front of the space* (Cleaning supplies are available if needed)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
