About Province 8 Art Studio
2000 square-foot art studio/art gallery, perfect for photography / video shoots, private events, pop-ups, team builders, etc. The space is filled with beautiful original artwork throughout the interior. Very open floor plan furnished with 10 foot shelves, tables, couches, sitting benches there are multiple big screen TVs, which can be used for presentations and video reels.

Security cameras and recording devices
Several security cameras throughout the art gallery monitoring common areas. No cameras in restrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned twice daily, using commercial grade cleaners, and is also cleaned after every event or booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
