About the Space
Originally a real hay loft for our farm, converted in the 1960’s for flex use. Large and long open space with white walls and whitewashed old, knotty barn floor for a new look. Recently remodeled bathroom, carpet with access entrance via the main floor. Stair access only. Width 20’ and length 50’ , this space works well for any photoshoot it filling. It also is a great space for different private small events. Teaching a class, setting up a makers event, acoustic music, yoga classes, or dance performance. There is a small kitchenette at the entrance with small fridge, sink and counter .

We clean using antibacterial spray between rentals and air out the space. Please find Sanitizer at entrance and use it upon arrival and as needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
