About the Space
Our space is great for home photography and interviews. There is an open concept living room and kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the back area of the unit. The character of this space is cozy, minimal, fresh plants and white furnishings. This makes a great backdrop for all types of photography and videography work.

Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
Between 10am and 5pm, there is the most light into the unit. You may open all of the windows. There are windows in each room. The back bedroom to the right has the least amount of light. You can bring additional lighting equipment if necessary.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You might hear noise from the neighbors in the front unit. They usually make noise between 4 and 7pm.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
There is a closet marked Owner's Closet and that door will be locked.

No smoking. Booking hours only from 9am until 7pm. You must let us know if you are bringing a pet and there is an extra pet cleaning fee.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a camera on the path going to the gate of the house. There is also a RING door camera on the front door that shows us who shows up. There are NO recording devices inside the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We dust, wipe, vacuum and mop all areas of the home. We provide fresh linens for each booking. We do not use toxic products and all of our cleaning standards are detailed. We use plants and central air filters to clean the air in our units.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
