Photoshoot special: $300 for 2 hours maximum 8 people total Monday through Thursday (waving the cleaning fee) El Palmar is a classic Miami Beach Mediterranean / Spanish style villa built in 1924, with enchanting gardens and a gorgeous pool! The perfect combination of classic contemporary and chic! The outdoor space is surrounded by lush landscaping that provides both a tranquil private space and amazing light!The house has stunning contemporary interiors that include luxurious furniture, beautiful artwork, onyx inlay in the wood floors and the original fireplace. In addition to all of these amazing features there is also a full sound system both indoors and out! This spectacular home is the perfect location for films, videos, photo shoots, and any type of production. It is also a stunning setting for brunches, birthday parties, and intimate weddings. Capacity: El Palmar can comfortably accommodate up to 60 guests for sit-down event or up 100 guesto for a cocktail reception, making it an ideal location for intimate gatherings or larger events. Amenities: - An outdoor area complete with a canopy of twinkling lights - In-house décor complementing the villa's Mediterranean charm - Music speakers for indoor and outdoor, for a nominal fee. - A full kitchen and catering/prep area - Luxury lounge furniture Food and Alcohol Policies: The venue allows outside food, ensuring your event can be customized to your culinary preferences. Although on-site cooking is not permitted, you have the convenience of full kitchen facilities for catered events. As for beverages, you're free to bring your alcohol, allowing you to tailor your drink menu to your liking. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Rubén is an incredible host. He loves his home and it was a pleasure to shoot there. His artwork is fantastic too. We found everything to be easy, efficient, and the wonderful touches around the property make shooting here delightful.

Ruben was an excellent host—communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout the day while also giving us the space to do our thing.
