Our intimate meeting space is perfectly suited for small gatherings of friends, family, or your smartest associates. This space offers just the right amount of perspective for a group that require an intimate setting. This room offers 160 sq ft of space and comes with a meeting table that can seat up to 5 people. You'll also have access to a printer, presentation monitor, ample charging stations and free WiFi for your guests. Food and beverage can be added as an option in the room, and hosts and guests can receive exclusive discounts on rooms in our hotel should you need accommodations. If you need a break throughout the day from the meeting room, our rooftop offers gorgeous skyline views of Nashville and can be made available exclusively to your group.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Aubree was very responsive and accommodating. The space was clean and as described - perfect for my boss traveling from out of town to take a few meetings. Would definitely recommend and book there again.
