Our modern mountain retreat features gorgeous Chalet A-Frame windows, a fully remodeled and stocked kitchen, an outdoor patio with jacuzzi, an oversized game room, and the best views of Bear Mountain. The space ~ 1,800 sq/ft ~ 3 Bedrooms + Loft (2 queen beds, 1 full bunk bed, couch in loft converts to bed) and 2 Bathrooms ~ Game Room featuring: Pool Table, Air Hockey, Poker Table, Shuffleboard Table, Foosball & Dry Bar ~ Propane Fire Pit ~ Hot Tub ~ Propane BBQ ~ Outdoor patio with views of Bear Mountain Activities for our space: Our house is great for photoshoots, catalog shoots, yoga retreats, influencer video shoots and photoshoots. We have hosted quite a few social influencers as well as hosted a girls’ yoga retreat here. On our IG: @Alpine_Aframe you can get a better visual as well! For Photoshoots: Upon entrance to our cabin, we have beautiful big A-Frame windows, floor to ceiling and a very well decorated living area and open concept kitchen. This area is great for home photography/catalogs, ect. Our deck outside features a wrap around porch with beautiful views of Bear Mountain. We have a hot tub on the deck, as well as patio furniture and a fire pit, which can all be arranged and/or decorated for photoshoots as well. Unique areas to shoot in our home: Gorgeous A-Frame windows - you can shoot in our living room, loft area and kitchen, each area is stylized for a cozy, cabin feel. We also have a completely styled game room and bar area also great for photoshoots. Our deck with amazing mountain views is the perfect spot for any outdoor content you are looking to shoot. Other things to note No Parties Allowed: Parties are strictly prohibited. Our cabin is located in Upper Moonridge and noise (even in small amounts) is amplified very easily around our neighborhood. Amplified music must not be heard 24/7. You will be charged $500 per person per day/night for each unregistered guest. Please be respectful of your noise levels while out on our deck. No Animals: We love animals, but we do not permit any animals at our cabin due to health/allergy concerns. Guests who violate this rule will fined. Parking: We have a very steep driveway, and only allow guests to use the driveway during Spring/Summer months. In winter months, you must park at the bottom of our driveway and use the staircase to enter our home. It is VERY dangerous to use our driveway during winter months, even with 4 wheel drive, as it can ice over, and you will NOT be able to get your car back down. You can park 2 cars at the inlet at the bottom of our driveway, and an additional car can be parked at the bottom of the driveway. You must not block the street and are subject to a fine if you do. Chains: If you book a stay between November - May you should anticipate the possibility of bringing cables/chains to travel to Big Bear. Please check road conditions and weather forecast before driving up. Security Cameras: We have 1 security camera + floodlight located in front of our garage as well as 1 Ring Doorbell camera at our main door. We respect our guests privacy. Cameras are not monitored and are there for security purposes. Game Room: Please keep garage door closed at all times. All games are currently leveled to their current position, so please do not move or re-adjust any of the games. HVAC: We do not currently have AC. However, we do have tower fans for each room in addition to a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. On warmer days, you can open the windows, turn on the fans and get a nice breeze going throughout the house. We do have central heat as well as a separate heater in our game room. It gets nice and toasty once turned on!
