About the Space
Beautiful bright open space. Perfect space for birthday celebrations, baby showers, graduation parties, workshops, and corporate events. High ceilings, natural light, two beautiful bathrooms for guests. Includes: Speaker system, 3 TVs/Monitors (available to post logos or slideshows), free wi-fi, 2 tables, 10 chairs, free parking.

Convenient parking is available in the front of building.
General Rules
- 2 hour minimum booking.
- Outside food and drinks allowed
- Alcohol allowed by approval
- No smoking in the building (vapes included)
- 18+ for all guests unless prior approval
- No glitter, paint, candles, or confetti
- No decor permitted on walls (taped or otherwise)
- No removal or changing of any furniture in the space
Event reservation should include clean up and set up. Should you and/or your party remain at the event space past the allotted time, an additional fee will incur at the current hourly rate.

Security cameras and recording devices
I have two security cameras located in the main event space that records video. The cameras are always turned on and is easily accessed by the owner.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
High touch surfaces are cleaned between bookings and the space is cleaned professionally weekly. A $150 refundable cleaning fee is added to the booking. The fee is refunded pending the space is cleaned and brought back to its original condition.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
