Read full description before booking! Our 1465 square feet of open space with amazing windows and day light lighting shining through the windows is designed for clients to use the space for photographer, content creating, small intimate gatherings and even workshops! About the space, upon arrival you will enter directly into the space that has a small coffee station available for you to use! We have select furniture pieces available to use for your session. You will see two large moveable walls the end that will allow you to divide the space. In the back of the studio is the restroom along with our "work area" that we use for our items. ALL OF THE ITEMS BEHIND THE WALLS ARE OFF LIMITS to clients. Each reservation is only to be set for their booked time, any set up, or clean up after, is required to do within the allotted time you have booked. Reservations will all have an additional $100 event fee with booking. Absolutely NO DECOR to be attached to the wall. Absolutely NO CONFETTI or GLITTER or food items, unless spoken to the owners and agreed otherwise. IF PLANNING AN EVENT OR GATHERING, PLEASE REACH OUT TO HOST. CLEANING EXPECTATIONS Venue is to be turned in exactly how it was received, if trash is accumulated, client is responsible to pick up.
