We have free neighborhood street parking in front along with private driveway parking and accessibility to the space.

FOOD & ALCOHOL Private consumption of alcohol during your event is allowed, however commercial sales of alcohol is not permitted. Food and outside catering are welcome. Please wash and dry the dishes before your departure. FURNITURE & PROPS If you move furniture or props around, please return them to their spots before departure. GARBAGE & RECYCLING Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the kitchenette under the sink. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY Service animals must be on a leash or tether (unless being tethered keeps said animal from its trained purpose). No non-service animals are permitted. HEAT/COOL The heat pump will heat and cool the space. Only use the white arrow buttons to adjust the temperature as the rest of the settings are already set. NOISE Since we are located in a residential neighborhood, please no loud music after 10pm during the weekends and 7.30p during the weekdays during the school year. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. DEPARTURE Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.
