About the Space
This is an event space/flex space that can be used for conferences, music concerts, worship event space, lunch event, life recording, rehearsal space, photo shoot, video shoot seminars etc. Everything you need is on the premises, we have Musical instruments on site and state of the art equipment all through the building, we have video recording capacity for your content on site, we also have speakers so your DJ can just plug in and play, our goal in the provide convenience to our clients

General Rules
No smoking in allowed on the premises
No alcohol is allowed in allowed on the premises as well
Cleaning fee will be $175
Finger food and snacks are allowed, however, (No catering allowed).
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras inside and outside the premises, we can monitor who comes in and out of the building and what goes on inside as well.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We will do the cleaning at a flat fee of $175, as long as the space in not totally trashed
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
