SET UP I BREAK DOWN
Our venue offers 1-Hour of set up time. We consider the end time of rental to be considered as the walk-out time. Upon submission for your request of booking/inquiry, please also include all times for set up, breakdown, and clean-up that you may possibly need. Any time used that isn't included in the booking will be considered OVERTIME unless discussed prior. This policy helps us serve all of our clients that book on the same days.
CLEANING / DAMAGES:
Client is responsible to ensure venue is maintained and returned in the same condition as prior to the event.
Once the event has concluded, client is expected to gather and collect all trash and take it out back to dumpster after event.
Client is responsible for all rentals and vendors and must remove all external equipment immediately at the conclusion of the event. Under no circumstances can anything be left, stored, or held at or in our facility.
***All clients assume responsibility of all event items and Our Board, Staff, and Space will NOT responsible for anything used or left at our facility***
Under No circumstances shall nails, screws, staples or penetrating items be used in or at the venue. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
To best accommodate your event, please communicate with us if there is a need for anything to be moved or relocated in our space.
No Smoking, Candles, Fire, Glitter, or Confetti allowed in the space accept for food.
IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE VIOLATED BELOW: YOUR EVENT CAN BE SHUT DOWN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT A

NO ALCOHOL OUTSIDE EVENT SPACE
NO HANGING AND STANDING AROUND OUTSIDE
