This well located and highly visible 6000 square foot storefront retail building can be used for many different purposes. It is located between Midtown and Buckhead. The space has large glass fronts is mostly open, and has a 13 foot plus ceiling. It can be an event or meeting space, a temporary pop-up store, a photo or filming studio or any other type of creative space. The property has parking in the front, side and rear with a drive -up ramp and a dock in the fenced-in rear. It is close to both I-85 and to Georgia State Route 400.
