About the Space

This is a very unique space. It is an open layout.The space can be used as a photo or video space. At 2200 sq ft you have room to spread out and create amazing images. Huge windows with great natural. We have carpets and mats to create different types of floor if need be. Our studio is filled with amazing props. You can go in many unique directions at our studio. HAVE FUN!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

David and Cristina were wonderful hosts every step of the way! The amount of care and dedication they put into cultivating this space is extraordinary. They were super friendly in communication, when doing a walkthrough with us, and during the photo shoot as well. It's such a gorgeous and pleasant space, will 100% be booking with them again!

Yes, I would book again.

Great raw space with loads of potential. The window s with frost glass provide a natural soft lighting. Definitely a location for the creation of more dramatic content.
