About the Space

This is a very unique space. It is an open layout. I have kept it industrial in looks and feel. It is filled with fetish and kink equipment that may be rented for the day. The space can be used as a photo or video space. Kink and Fetish are the theme here. Do you want a kinky party? What about a kink boudoir shoot? We are always ready to help a photographer find his kink. A kink birthday party for that special submissive . A special evening out. Limitless possibilities.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

Great raw space with loads of potential. The window s with frost glass provide a natural soft lighting. Definitely a location for the creation of more dramatic content.
