About the Space
Ground floor studio with a tall ceiling and background options that is perfect for smaller photo/video shoots. Easy to load in/out gear. Receptionist will greet your guests. Beautiful lobby for people to wait in. Wifi with fast upload speed perfect for streaming. Different setups are the included Black background, or 12' White seamless paper backdrop and 13' Green or Blue Screen stretched fabric backdrop.

Lighting description
Bring your own strobes, or rent our pre-lit continuous lighting to make setup a breeze, and cut down on setup time.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
No street noise, but there is occasional office noise from nearby office mates that can usually be remedied with a heads up of your shoot with audio recording needs.

General Rules
No Smoking/Vaping in the building.
Be respectful of the other people in the building hallways.

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera in the studio to protect the gear that is in the room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
BustUp Studios is situated at the end of the hallway with a separate entrance available if needed. Private bathrooms are cleaned nightly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
