Windows and sliding doors are all impact and acoustic proof. Natural light can be blacked by curtains and blinds.. The brightest time of the day is around noon time.

Due to the size and seclusion of the property , neighboring houses are at a distance and with the acoustic proof windows it keeps outside noise levels to a minimum. Planes do fly by which would be the only noise that could be heard however the specialized windows and doors do a great job in filtering out the noise. We are off a not so busy main road that's at least 100 feet from the house. House can not be seen from the road due to the vast amount of trees surrounding the property. Appliances and AC units are very quiet and do not make any noticeable noise.

Ground Floor

We have two entrances. One is ground level and the main entrance has two steps that lead onto a patio which could be used as a loading zone. traditional loading zone would be higher than what we offer. There are no rails which makes it easily accessible when backing up to it.

Any of the 5 bedrooms available. Guest may choose which one is suitable for them.

There are many outlets throughout the house. We have 4 circuit breakers panels. One in the garage area, one in the kitchen, one in the hallway and the main outside the house.

House Rules - NO smoking of any kind in the house, If you need to, please smoke outside. Discard cigarette appropriately in provided ashtrays in patio. - Guests must abide by pool rules displayed by the pool. - Guests may not have any house parties of any sort or play loud music from 10pm-7am. Please inquire if you plan to have an outdoor event. - Guests may not leave any food outside. All outdoor areas must be kept clean. Garbage cans must be closed at all times. No garbage should be left anywhere around the house.. - Empty lot to right of the house is NOT our property and it is off limits to guests. - Do not touch Pool Equipment or play with the settings. Pool heater is off by default, it can be turned on upon request either before check in or during your stay. -All doors and openings should be closed while AC is running. -No unregistered/unreserved Guests allowed.. No Pets allowed -No food or beverages in bedrooms -Do not move furniture from one room to another, Do not move interior furniture outdoors. -Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Before Check out…. -Guests must load dirty dishes in dishwasher upon check out. -All used towels should be placed in the washing machine prior to check out. -Guests must throw garbage on appropriate days and discard of all garbage prior to check out. -If any portion of child pool fence is removed it must be returned prior to check out . OFF LIMITS -Shed house out front (near basketball hoop) remains off limits. Please don’t enter. -Closet in master bathroom #1 is for authorized personnel only. -Upstairs loft closet in Master bedroom #2 and sliding door leading to the roof is for authorized personnel only. We have secured these off limit areas with locks.. Please don’t tamper with them.
