Great space and wonderful host to be accommodating when we went overtime! Thankyou!

I hosted a graduation at Monica's beautiful mansion house in September for my brother. When we arrived to set up, the whole house was spotless! Monica even provided large trash bins in woven baskets to keep things classy. She stayed to help hang decorations, bringing out her ladder, packing tape, and giving us direction to make the whole look of the event a success. The backyard, with it's ample space and seating was the perfect backdrop on a sunny day, especially since the shade cover was a welcome relief from the heat. At the end of the night, while we were rushing to clean up, Monica and her husband assured us that we could take our time. He even took the trash bins out for us! They were so generous and gracious with their time and space, it was a great experience renting their home :)

This is a GORGEOUS home and was perfect for our event! We hosted about 13 people for an intimate non-profit launch party. It was a dreary day but the backyard was still gorgeous enough to serve as the backdrop for our group photo! Monica was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this space!

This is a great place for portraits and video production. Monica is a great host and the house is amazing. There is a waterfall, huge living room, and gigantic backyard. I highly recommend renting this space
