About the Space
Our new creative space is perfect for podcasters, influencers, and YouTubers who are trying to find a safe and appealing place to record their content. The audio equipment is available for your use with every booking, just bring your own SD card and start. Video equipment or a videographer is available upon request at an additional cost. We ask that only those involved with the recording or meeting be present due to space constraints. If you would like to book a day and/or time that is not listed, just message me to request a day/time.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I booked last minute and Tonisha responded in time to make my plans fall into place for my podcast. The space is nice and as advertised.

The space had all of the equipment we needed and was very functional and cool. Be aware - there is noise outside of the space, and sometimes the banging of doors was very loud (almost like the boom of thunder), but it does not seem to have been picked up by the mics. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 of 5 stars and not 5 stars.
