This is the best space to book for more intimate events such as; special occasion music videos, meeting space, workspace, films, recording a podcast, hosting a panel, mini-conference and or mastermind, teaching private workouts and yoga sessions, photography, hosting intimate and private dinners, baby/bridal showers, or nice quiet space to create for beautiful meeting space and event space. Enjoy living in a quiet suburb but steps to Atlanta. The house is minutes from East Point MARTA red line station, buses, and the airport. There are cute and delish restaurant options and lots of shopping. Minutes from the Tyler Perry Studios, West End Brewing complex Lee Street, beltline, and the art spaces on Murphy Avenue. In this space it has; its own PRIVATE entrance (must drive around to the BACK SIDE of CROWN ROOM EVENTS), free parking, big open space, kitchenette (sink NO HOT WATER, microwave and mini fridge) and everything needed to make a party more successful. Space comes with 5 round tables (that seat 6-8 ), 4 rectangle tables, and 50 chairs. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, new stainless steel appliances, and more. There is also a TV provided in the unit. Tablecloths, decor, balloon art, customized banner, and a projector can be added for a fee. Great location as well. Just minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport. The community is also great for walking, running, and working out, as the community is surrounded by beautiful parks and the outdoors. Room for your grill, lounging, and entertaining. You will see other community members doing the same occasion outdoors. Early check-in fee: $50 Late check-out fee: $50 Lost key fee: $50 The room and entire home are fully furnished. We collect damage deposits via the pre-payment. This deposit will return in full deposit 48 hours after you depart the facilities unless there’s damage to the property. Damage Deposit: $150 We require a $150 REFUNDABLE security deposit (separate from your booking fee) to ensure space is returned in the same state given (tables, chairs in tact, utensils, pots, pans, new steel appliances intact, all trash removed, restroom cleaned, no damages, etc…). ***A refund is issued within 48 hours of booking. Security deposit is paid separately to cash app: $1firstclassone so that it can easily be refunded in the allotted time to check out space… assuming everything is returned as given. Contact the host for the full CHECK-INSTRUCTIONS: Getting into the property Contact your host for instructions. You can contact them by messaging the host. Please send us more details after your payment is received and confirmed. Please message us to receive instructions on how to get access to the property. No one will be given access to the process until payment has been received. Upon receipt of the booking, you will receive a confirmation message. If you do not respond within 24 hours, you will receive a request to cancel. Once confirmed, you will receive another message with more details and information. ***Time booked must include setup AND breakdown times. The time you book is the time you arrive and depart. If the venue isn’t cleaned by the end of the booking, you forfeit the FULL deposit. If you go over time (more than 10 minutes), you forfeit the FULL deposit. NO GLITTER!! NO CONFETTI!! NO TAPE ON THE WALLS!! (It is a dark gray house) Unit B will be on the right side when walking up the steps. THE CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: *Place dirty dishes in the sink. *Pull the sheet off of each bed and keep it on top of each bed. *Put all trash in bags and sit by the inside of the door. *Turn off all lights. *Collect your items. *Lock the doors when leaving the house. *Place the key back into the red lockbox The location of emergency equipment is under the bathroom sink. You can find extra blankets, pillows, toiletries, etc., in the pantry in the closet right when you walk into the hallway area and in each room closet.
