About ImagineLab
ImagineLab is a photo/video studio designed to accommodate productions of all levels. Our space houses a beautiful 40x40x12 cyclorama stage (pre-lit), 1200 amps of accessible power, rentable production equipment on site, a full kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, a wardrobe room and PA system. Our stage includes a full 40x40 grid for mounting fixtures in the sky. We have a rolling ladder system that is included with your booking for easy access. Various props available upon request. Will add to peerspace soon. Access to filtered water, ice machine, keurig coffee maker, and more. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. We are here to make your experience as smooth as possible!

We can fit as many as 50 cars for special events, otherwise 10 spaces are available in the front of our building.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
Our studio does not have natural light, however we can help you create any look that your production requires by using lighting fixtures on our stage.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Our studio is dead quiet!
Sound Recording is fine! We have no noisy neighbors, and are nestled nicely behind a few quiet businesses, away from road noise off Broadmoor Ave & 32nd St.
Our HVAC system does generate subtle noise while while active, however the building is adequately insulated, so we can turn it off for long periods without a major change in temperature.

Equipment loading description
Our main entrance has an 8 step stairway. We have a loading bay door suited for tall box trucks. We also have handicap accessibility, and the ramp can be used for heavy items that need to be rolled in on casters.
Staging area is available
We have a dedicated makeup & wardrobe room. We also have ample space for your crews staging areas.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have a total of 1,400 AMPS available, with 1,220 AMPS being dedicated to the stage.
There are (56) 20 AMP outlets available on the grid above the stage, each are located ahove every cross section of the grid. (5’ x 5’ sections)
We have (2) 50 AMP outlets available on the stage floor. We include (2) 50’ bates distro systems with a 6 outlet lunchbox for each. Plenty of outlets on the ground for most productions.
All breakers and outlets are clearing marked by color and number.
General Rules
No Smoking Indoors (we have a smoking section outside) Vaping is fine!
Clients may use any and all facilities, including kitchen and shower.
Ask about our preferred vendors for any catering or rental needs.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Any furniture or props located in the studio may be moved per your production needs. Please inquire with the studio supervisor for more detail.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have 2 indoor cameras that monitor the common areas of the studio, and 1 outdoor cameras monitoring the parking lot.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is is cleaned before and after each booking to ensure safety and quality standards.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
