- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

All I can say is WOW!! Everything was beautiful and beyond what the photos show. We booked for a photoshoot and there were so many scene possibilities at this location. On top of all of that, the hosts were extremely professional and helpful with everything. I will definitely book again and recommend this location!!

Beautiful home in Coconut Grove. This place is a 10/10. Plenty of space inside & outside to accommodate our guests. Luis was very helpful and very kind. He made sure we had everything we could need for our daughter's college graduation party. There are plenty of tables and areas to set up food, beverages, gifts, etc. The backyard is serene, well lit and nicely landscaped. There is plenty of seating both inside & outside. Luis provided extra time to set up and break down afterwards. We cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. We couldn't have picked a more perfect venue. Highly recommend. We would definitely book again should the need arise. Many thanks to our new friend, Luis!

Cannot say enough good things about this space. The house was a perfect fit for our needs and it just happened to be the nicest day of the year so far, so we took advantage of indoor and outdoor space. Luis, the owner, was also super helpful-- he was available to accommodate us, help with parking, questions etc. Fantastic house and location, would absolutely book again!

We just celebrated my son and daughter in law's baby shower/gender reveal. Our overall experience was very positive. The venue was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The price was on point and definitely worth it. We were able to hire a chef and bartender without any problems. They felt very comfortable with the size of the kitchen and backyard. There was plenty of space to host 40 people. The host remained on the property for a little while just in case we needed anything. He wanted to make sure we were set before he left but was available on the phone in case we had any needs. We highly recommend this property and given the opportunity, we would rent it again.

Had my birthday party here and it was amazing!!! It was such a beautiful space with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor and served as the perfect place for my group. The host was so friendly, kind, and patient and helped us with every question we had. Truly the perfect venue
