We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event/production for everyone, so please keep the following parking guidelines in mind: Only the guest renting the house is permitted to park on the property. We kindly suggest leaving the front of the house free of cars to maintain a clean and accessible space. Event guests are asked to park on the nearby street, which is just a short 30-second walk from the house. Parking in front of the house, on the grass, or at neighboring properties is not allowed, and vehicles parked in these areas may be towed. For convenience, we highly recommend using Uber. Event Guidelines for Villa Tierra To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at Villa Tierra, please review and adhere to the following event guidelines: *Certificate of Insurance: Renters are required to provide a certificate of insurance to the host prior to the event. *Prior Visits: Renters are allowed one prior visit, up to one hour, at no charge. Any additional visits, setup, or pickup time will be billed at the regular hourly rate. *Cleaning Fee: A $600 cleaning fee will be added to the booking to cover the cleaning of the property, both interior and exterior, after the event. *Parking: Only the guest renting the house is allowed to park on the property. Event guests must park on the street, just a 30-second walk from the house. No parking is allowed at neighboring properties, on the grass, or in front of the house. Vehicles parked in these areas will be towed. For convenience, we highly recommend using Uber. *Catering & Unloading: All event catering and unloading must be done through the main and side gates. After unloading, vehicles must be promptly moved to avoid blocking access. *Bedroom Usage: Bedrooms are for the guest renting the house only and may be used for changing or taking photos. Beds and showers are off-limits for event guests. *Music & Noise: Music should be kept at a cocktail level to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. City ordinances limit high-volume music and loud noises. No DJs or loud sound systems. *Event Timing: Events must conclude by 10:00 pm, and all clean-up must be completed by 11:00 pm. *Pool Usage: is case-by-case and must be approved by your host. The certificate of insurance must include pool usage if applicable. No pool parties are allowed. *Overnight Stays: Overnight stays are not permitted for event guests or staff. *Fire Safety: No fireworks, firework machines, or any open flames are allowed. *Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
