About the Space

Welcome to Villa Tierra! A one-of-a-kind breathtaking Villa where Tuscany meets Spanish hacienda in the heart of Coral Gables! Majestic space ready for your event. Spacious location with creative and picturesque areas for social gatherings. Space for catering, 8 spaces for parking or free parking is only a 30 second walk. Villa is located on a double lot situated on a quiet tree-lined street. 5 Bed Room 3.5 bathroom and Resort-like backyard with palm trees, fountain, waterfall pool, Italian designer kitchen, cabana bath & amazing bbq space (Argentine style) with seating for dozens of people. Amazing details for great pictures, like Mahagony wood windows & doors, spacious master bedroom with large marble shower, stand alone bathtub, dual vanities and a large wraparound balcony overlooking a lush backyard. Guest House has two extra rooms and full-bath not accessible to the main house which can serve as space for services like catering staff, waiters, valet wardrobe, etc. Villa is completely gated and private and is walking distance to Village of Merrick Park and Miracle Mile.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors

We’ve booked a lot of locations for music videos and Carolina’s was hands down our favorite. Aside from the beautiful setting and backdrops, she was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout the booking.
