About the Space
Welcome to Villa Tierra! A one-of-a-kind breathtaking Villa where Tuscany meets Spanish hacienda in the heart of Coral Gables! Majestic spaces ready for your event! Located on a double lot situated on a dead end quiet tree-lined street. 5 Bed Room, 3.5 Bath. Resort-like backyard with gorgeous palm trees, fountain, waterfall pool, Italian designer kitchen, cabana bath & bbq. Mahagony wood windows & doors, spacious master bedroom with large marble shower, stand alone bathtub, dual vanities and a large wraparound balcony overlooking a lush backyard. Guest House has two extra rooms and full-bath not accessible to the main house. Villa is completely gated and private and is walking distance to Village of Merrick Park and Miracle Mile.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Carolina is an angel sent from the heavens above! She was the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered. She even went so far as to help us out on set numerous times! Her home is completely stunning and exudes elegance. I could never decide if I was more impressed by the home or the amazing owner. If you book this space, prepare to have a new standard!
