About the Space

Welcome to our renovated 1916 duplex in historic Jacksonville, with separate upstairs and downstairs units. Downstairs is a large, 2-bedroom, 2-bath house with full kitchen and laundry. Downstairs decor is historic and rustic with details that include exposed brick fireplace, exposed brick kitchen, window seat and barn doors. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with full kitchen & laundry. Upstairs decor is contemporary, simple and modern and boasts a bathroom with a claw foot tub. Outside areas include front and rear porches and a lovely backyard garden patio with gas firepit, BBQ grill and large outdoor table. Ideal for small gatherings (weddings, birthdays, showers), photo shoots.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

This space was everything for my baby shower. The indoor space was perfect and the garden patio added a nice touch. Will definitely recommend to anyone I come in contact with. And to top it all off the hosts were soo nice :-)
